We do not offer returns or cash refunds on any of our products. However, an exchange is possible, subject to the following conditions.

Conditions for Exchange:

  1. Discounted Items: The exchange policy is not applicable to items purchased on sale or during promotional offers. This rule applies to both online and outlet purchases.
  2. Timeframe: Products are eligible for exchange within 3 days from the date of purchase.
  3. Delivery Issues: For any issues with your delivery or products purchased online, please contact our Facebook page or hotline number promptly.
  4. Product Inspection: Please inspect your product thoroughly in the presence of the delivery person. No complaints of any kind will be accepted after the delivery has been completed.
  5. One-Time Exchange: Each eligible product can be exchanged only once.
  6. Price Adjustment:
    • If the price of the new item is higher than the original one, the customer must pay the difference.
    • If the price of the new item is lower, the remaining balance must be used to purchase another product to adjust the value. No cash will be refunded.
  7. Branch Policy: Products purchased from one branch cannot be exchanged at another branch.
  8. Online & Showroom: Online orders must be exchanged through the online process, and items bought from a showroom must be exchanged at the same showroom.

Process for Returning Goods for Exchange:

You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with returning the product to us for an exchange. The product should be sent to the following address:

Please note: ‘Her Choice’ cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipment. We strongly recommend using a reliable and trackable courier service. The exchange process will only be initiated after we have received the returned item.
